Her background as a competitive equestrian—training, competing, and traveling internationally—has strongly influenced her approach to work. The discipline, adaptability, and attention to detail required at that level translate directly into managing complex timelines, coordinating teams across locations, and executing high-stakes events with confidence and precision.
